Fortress, one of South Africa’s largest real estate investment trusts (REITs), has reached an agreement with Element Industrial and Paval Holding to sign an agreement to acquire ELI Park 1, a Class A industrial development in North, the latest logistics hub North-West of Bucharest, Buftea – Chitila, making it their first logistics acquisition in Romania.
