Companies leased approximately 200,000 sq. m of industrial and logistics spaces in Q1, the demand being primarily generated by manufacturing companies, FMCG and logistics operators, according to data from the Cushman & Wakefield Echinox real estate consultancy company. Romania ranked second regionally in terms of the Q1 demand, after Poland, the uncontested leader in the Central and Eastern Europe, while surpassing Czechia, Slovakia and Hungary.

Alpha Bank Romania SA and Alpha Bank SA, acting as coordinating banks together with BRD Groupe Société Générale SA and ING Bank Romania, have successfully arranged a syndicated loan facility totaling EUR 200,000,000 for CTPark Romania.
The developer Globalworth has announced that it is selling part of its logistics portfolio in Romania to CTP. The value of the transaction could exceed EUR 170 million. Globalworth has announced that it is selling five logistics parks, with ten facilities in Timișoara, Arad, Oradea and Pitesti that it owns 100 percent. The majority holdings in two other small projects in Bucharest are also sold.
