CTP, one of Europe’s top-five logistics property companies and the largest logistics property owner-developer in CEE, has successfully issued its second Green bond for EUR 400 million, following the company’s inaugural EUR 650 million issue in October. The proceeds from both bond sales will be used to finance a portfolio of Eligible Green Assets. CTP maintains a strong commitment to sustainability and targets carbon neutral operations by end 2021.

The Italian outdoor footwear manufacturer Asolo moves, at the beginning of next year, to a new Class A industrial space, of over 3,600 sq m, located in Network Industrial Park, developed by the Maltese from Zacaria in Sibiu.
The gross lettable area of industrial locations operated by CTP has passed 6 million square meters. The growth has continued due to long term trends of increasing e-commerce and supply chain relocations, supported by the covid-19 crises.
CTP, the largest developer and administrator of premium industrial and logistics parks in Romania and in Central and Eastern Europe, announces its expansion plans for the Transylvania region. The developer intends to double the leasable area of logistics spaces in Transylvania by 2023, through investments of EUR 50 million in the expansion of logistics parks around Timisoara. Some of the spaces included in the construction plan are already rented to companies in the logistics and production sectors.
The developer of logistics parks WDP has completed 157,600 sqm of logistics parks on the Romanian market, in Ștefăneștii de Jos, Sibiu and Slatina, following investments of 97 million euros. In the third quarter of this year, WDP will start the expansion with 12,000 sqm of the Profi warehouse in Roman, and with 22,000 sqm the space owned by LPP in Ștefăneștii de Jos.
