CTP delivers to Profi Romania a high-performance, one-piece and single tenant building, which covers extensive storage needs, both in terms of temperatures and load capacity.
The gross lettable area of industrial locations operated by CTP has passed 6 million square meters. The growth has continued due to long term trends of increasing e-commerce and supply chain relocations, supported by the covid-19 crises.

The developer intends to double the leasable area of logistics spaces in Transylvania by 2023, through investments of EUR 50 million in the expansion of logistics parks around Timisoara. Some of the spaces included in the construction plan are already rented to companies in the logistics and production sectors.

The park, located in Ștefănești, Ilfov County, has a total area of 21 ha and has a large opening with a great access to the Bucharest Ring Road, close to A3 Highway, which makes it extremely easy to reach and transit. The total value of the investment in the new logistics park amounts to EUR 65 million.
