CTP's external evaluator, C&W, updated its revenue-generating portfolio valuations for the third quarter of 2021. These valuations indicate the compression of material returns compared to the end of 2020.
CTP, the largest developer and administrator of class A logistics and industrial spaces in Romania, with a portfolio of approximately 1,850,000 sqm, has just acquired another 153,000 sqm of industrial spaces expanding its portfolio in Brasov, and enlarging its presence in Timisoara and the South of Bucharest, thus becoming present in 13 cities.
CTP, the largest developer and manager of class A logistics and industrial spaces in Romania, became the partner of Golden Fish, which rented a space of 14,500 m2 in CTPark Bucharest North, the logistics park of over 21 hectares located in Ștefănești-Ilfov.
The Zacaria company, headquartered in Sibiu, sold part of its industrial park portfolio to CTP. The obtained capital allows the Sibiu company to support an organic growth focused on the development of industrial parks, shopping centers and residential projects.

Fortress, one of South Africa’s largest real estate investment trusts (REITs), has reached an agreement with Element Industrial and Paval Holding to sign an agreement to acquire ELI Park 1, a Class A industrial development in North, the latest logistics hub North-West of Bucharest, Buftea – Chitila, making it their first logistics acquisition in Romania.
Shoe e-commerce retailer Kalapod and NOVOMATIC, one of the best-known gaming companies in the field of gambling, recently joined the Eli Park 1 community in the Buftea-Chitila area, where they rented over 7,000 sq m of class A warehouses to expand their storage capacity in the vicinity of Bucharest.
CTP, the largest owner and developer of logistics and industrial spaces in Central and Eastern Europe, continues to diversify its projects on the local market and will build the cargo terminal at Oradea Airport. The company was selected to carry out the project following a tender held in August 2021.
