Leading European industrial and logistics developer, owner and operator targets 20 million sqm portfolio by end of decade as research identifies five key drivers of growth in CEE
CTP, Europe’s largest listed owner, developer and manager of high quality industrial and logistics real estate by gross lettable area (“GLA”), has acquired an industrial portfolio of warehouses totaling over 100,000 sqm in Romania from French FM Logistic, a leading supply chain services company operating across Europe, which will continue as a CTP tenant for the long term.
CTP, the largest listed developer and manager of industrial and logistics space in Continental Europe, has leased an area of 2,800 sqm to the food supplements manufacturer Sun Wave Pharma in the industrial park CTPark Bucharest South, located in the south of Bucharest, in the Popești - Leordeni area.
ELI Parks continues the development of the hub in the Northwest of Bucharest – the Buftea Chitila area – and in the vicinity of the future A0 ring road, with two new projects, ELI Park 4 and ELI Park 3.3, with a total area of 42,000 sqm.
CTPark Bucharest West is just reconfirming its position as a regional logistic hub for the whole Balkans and beyond, by starting its cooperation with LPP, the fastest growing fashion retailer in Romania for its regional distribution center.
Supermarket chain Profi recently announced an increase in the area leased from CTP, the largest developer and administrator of logistics and industrial spaces in Romania, in CTPark Bucharest West.
P3 Logistic Parks (“P3”) closed transactions for 78,000 square meters of office and logistics space in Romania in the first nine months of this year. Of the total transactions, 34% are new long-term contracts (26,533 sqm) and two thirds are short-term contracts or extensions of existing contracts (51,505 sqm).
CTP, Continental Europe’s largest owner, developer and manager of high quality industrial and logistics real estate by gross lettable area (“GLA”), is putting another pin on the map of Bucharest, this time in the South, in the Popesti – Leordeni area, by expanding the existing CTPark Bucharest South to 150,000 sqm.
