Ploiesti West Park expands by 20,000 m2

Alinso Group, the developer of the largest industrial park in SEE, Ploiesti West Park (PWP), which covers an area of 300 hectares, has completed the new SE 3 warehouse with industrial functions, designed for light production, storage or logistics.

CTP: EUR 12 million investment in circa 40,000 m² built for the Danish group DSV

CTP, the leading premium industrial parks developer and long-term manager in Romania and Central and Eastern Europe, and DSV, the fifth biggest global transport and logistics companies, signed a leasing agreement for approximately 40,000 m² in CTPark Bucharest West. CTP invested about EUR 12 million in the development of the new logistics spaces occupied by the Danish company in the first days of February.

The Competition Council authorized the transaction through which the Japanese company Yusen Logistics Europe B.V. takes over Keswick European Holdings Limited and Tibbett Logistics SRL.

CBRE real estate consultant has appointed Ana Dumitrache, who previously was part of the CTP team. She will lead, starting February, the company's investment department as Head of Investment Properties.

CTP continues its national and international expansion in 2018

The company will finalize almost 70,000 m2 GLA located in the parks from Cluj-Napoca, Pitești and Timișoara. CTP also expanded its international portfolio, from 4.1 million m² of A-Class properties, to 4.5 million m² situated in more than 80 strategic locations.

P3 to deliver three new warehouses in Romania in 2018

2018 will bring new logistics units for P3 in Bucharest and in the western part of Romania.
