Since February 2022, the PENNY logistics center in Filiași is the industrial building with the highest score at BREEAM (Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Methodology) International New Construction 2016. The result obtained is an exceptional Outstanding - 92.89%. As a result of an investment of 26 million euros, the warehouse now has many features that make it environmentally friendly.
The total value of real estate investments approached 900 million euros in Romania in 2021, more than a third of the traded amount being registered in the last three months of the year, according to Colliers Romania consultants.
