Warehouse & Distribution De Pauw (WDP), the Belgian developer of logistics and industrial space, declared revenues of 73 million euros in the first quarter of this year. Thus, WDP registered an increase of 12.5% compared to the same period last year, according to the last financial report of the company.
The Dutch-Belgian retailer Mega Image, present locally with more than 700 stores, doubles the surface of the logistics warehouse in Stefanestii de Jos to 8 hectares.
The investment volume from the first semester of 2019 amounted to approximately 410 million euros, up 6% compared to the similar period of last year, when investments were made on the local market with an investment value of 386 million of euros, according to Cushman & Wakefield Echinox calculations and estimates.
