The auction for the acquisition of the Mociur platform took place on January 28th, and Ceetrus was the only bidder to buy the contract, and the starting price of the asset was 2.84 million.

The Mociur platform, the former foundry platform, has an area of 22.7 hectares and is separated from the main activity of UCM Resita, located in another area.
CEETRUS, the former Immochan, has invested 300 million euros locally. The largest project at the local level is the one in Brasov, where the land of the former Tractorul factory was turned into an urban pole with retail space, offices and apartments. (source: economica.net)
