Before joining the CTP team, Daniel Căutiș was associate broker within the offices and industrial and logistics divisions within Colliers International Romania. The tasks included contacting potential clients, finding the best solutions for the clients’needs, assisting clients in negotiations and closing deals.

Previously in his career, Daniel Căutiș was Leasing Manager within the retail division of Iulius Group. 
Daniel Căutiș is graduate of the IBTM (International Business and Technology Management), Technology University Lappeenranta, Finland and of Alexandru Ioan Cuza University in Iasi with a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA).
