Marian Orzu, Managing Partner, comes after a 13-year track record in real estate, exclusively on the industrial-logistics segment. After 12 years in Eurisko and CBRE, where he finally held the position of Director of the Industrial Spaces Division, he also went to CTP, the largest developer and manager of industrial and logistic parks in Romania and Europe Central and Eastern Europe. Until now, Marian has traded over 400,000 m2 of industrial property.

Daniel Cautiş, Managing Partner, also has over 6 years experience both within an agency and client: Colliers International, Iulius Grup and CTP.

Laurenţiu Badea, Managing Partner of the Land Division, is active for15 years in real estate segment, at CBRE, Epsilon Imobiliare and Eurisko Property Intelligence. The value of the land traded by Laurenţiu is about 100 million euros.
