"10,000 square meters were reserved by cosmetics company’s customers and 5,000 square meters by a drug manufacturer. Now we are negotiating for renting the remaining 5,000 square meters with drug producers", says Catalin Olteanu.

Olteanu also says that he could not make their names public, as respecting the confidentiality.
Cătălin Olteanu, head of FM Logistic also says that “the logistics market in Romania is growing, we have to recover, in Poland I think this market is four to five times bigger. In our growth is organic, as current customers require larger storage space”.

The company will complete this year the construction of the Dragomiresti warehouse on the Bucharest-Pitesti highway in Ilfov County. The main FM Logistic customers are retailers, such as Cora and Carrefour, from the food sector (Nestlé), the cosmetics sector (L'Oréal, Yves Rocher, Sephora), pharmaceutical (Sanofi, Roche Diagnostics) and household goods, personal and household care (Reckitt Benckiser).
