The investment, of 64.3 million lei was 99 pct. financed by European funds.

The local authorities’ representatives say that after the completion of the park, scheduled for the end of March, they will start the diligences to obtain the “park industrial” title. They also estimate that each hectare of land will generate at least 40 new working places.

The rentable area will be of nearly 30 hectares, including a building on 3,000 sq. m which could serve as headquarters for several companies and several warehouses which are already built.  

 The park is situated in the proximity of A1 highway (with access through DN 66) and of the railway Simeria – Petroşani – Târgu Jiu. (source: zf.ro)
