Tetarom I was opened in 2005, as the first industrial park developed in Cluj county, on an area of 32 hectares.

Currently, the park hosts the activity of EnergoBit, Banca Transilvania, RCC Consult, EGH Import Export, Agressione Expres Impex, Siemens or CBC Development Design, the total value of the investments made by those companies exceeding EUR 60 million.

„In the following period we will open the facilities developed through the project, namely the office building, the two production and storage facilities, as well as the administrative building“, has declared Alin Tişe, the president of the Local council in Cluj.

The works were carried out by the joint-venture of the companies ACI Cluj, Nord Conforest and Electromontaj, with a total value of works of EUR 9.4 million without VAT.

Tetarom I industrial park covers a total area of 320,000 sq.m, fully let, with more than 2,000 jobs being created. The park includes a multifunctional facility with 1,700 sq. m office spaces and 3,200 sq. m of production spaces, a business incubator with more than 1,100 sq. m office spaces and a business centre.
