Agricover will be the new tenant in warehouse 9 in P3 Park Bucharest, where he has rented 4,500 m2 and will store here inputs for agricultural production - seeds and pesticides. Agricover Holding is the main player in Romanian agribusiness, with an activity of over 18 years. Agricover serves over 4,700 farmer customers who work at 1.9 million hectares of arable land at national level.

Another new client in the park is Banafruit Distribution, a company that imports, exports and distributes over 50 types of fresh fruit and vegetables all over the world throughout the year. Banafruit Distribution has leased 3,000 sqm.

Interbrands is one of the first tenants of P3 Park Bucharest, more than 10 years ago. They signed an expansion of the storage space with a further 3,500 sqm for the storage and handling of pharmaceuticals via the affiliated Europharm Distribution Company.
