This will have an area similar to the other two warehouse facilities of the company in Turda and near Bucharest, in Ştefăneştii de Jos. The two facilities have a total area of nearly four hectares, meaning an average of two hectares per unit. The investment will reach EUR 8-10 million, according to ZF estimations based on data on the market.

 

The warehouse of Penny Market will be the first built by a foreign retailer in the area of Moldova, as until now the companies in modern retail have built their logistics network in other two zones of the country.
