The decision is related to the over 43% growth in the producer’s turnover in the last three years. The new factory would be located in the south of the country.

 

The company already owns two plants in Romania. The Brasov factory produces additives for concrete and has a production capacity of 10,000 tons per year whereas the plant in Capusu Mare, Cluj county, manufactures mortars and special adhesives for construction. The plant’s capacity is about 50,000 tons per year.

The company, which is owned by the Swiss group Sika AG, posted a turnover of EUR 26.4 million last year, up 25% over the previous year. (sursa: Romania-insider.com)
