The relocation from the northern area to the newly rented space has the role of streamlining the company's distribution activity.
"Although the business environment is going through difficult times, we must not lose sight of our goals. The TeraPlast Group's factories are operational and our focus is on continuing production. We have ten action scenarios in order not to stop our activity and to get out of the current crisis just as solid. We remain confident in our own strengths, we protect our business and employees in the current conditions and we constantly communicate with our partners to identify together the best solutions. We decided to expand our storage space in Bucharest, for an optimal distribution to the southern and southeastern part of the country, but also to the foreign market. We are at the first transaction brokered by the Dunwell team and we are satisfied with the sustained and individualized way in which they offered their consultancy ”, says Ovidiu Gurău, commercial director of TeraPlast.
The transaction was brokered by Dunwell.
"The industrial sector is working very well during this period, thanks to companies such as TeraPlast, which, with increased protection measures, continues its activity. We were happy to be the choice in terms of storage consulting for the largest Romanian manufacturer of construction materials", says Alexandru Ion, Dunwell Broker, who brokered the transaction.
The leased area is part of the portfolio of Mega Distribution Center, a developer that owns over 90,000 sq m on Bucharest's ring road, but also on the A1 highway. Of these, 10,000 sqm of surface are with freezing temperature (-24 degrees) and 10,000 sqm for fresh storage (2-4 degrees). (source: capital.ro)
