Bihor (413 projects) and Ilfov (308 projects) are in the top of the counties with the most such investments.

In the last year, 42 projects were monitored in the intention stage, 92 in design, 2506 in authorization, 637 before execution, 898 in construction, 156 in arrangement and 1116 completed.

According to VICTA.ro, 43% of the total industrial projects monitored in 2021 were storage facilities. Thus, 555 car washes, 609 recycling workshops, 2305 storage spaces, 1359 production units and 518 zoo / bio technology projects were identified.

In 2021, the Northwest area recorded a total of 1107 industrial projects. The second position in terms of the total number of investments belongs to the Central area with 753 projects, while the South of the country ranks 3rd with 745 projects.
