Strategically developed, in the West and East of the country, the company offers supply chains projects with over 250,000 rentable square meters, in 83 industrial and logistics spaces, which contribute - actively - to the running of the most important and consumed goods in Romania .

Thus, in the company's parks, construction materials cover 21% of the total of 250,000 rentable square meters, the automotive industry uses 16%, the food industry uses 10%, the IT has tenants over 5%, and the medical and pharmaceutical sector uses 3%, which which amounts to more than half of the spaces offered by Transilvania Construcții.
On the other hand, a statistic on the predominant type of activity shows that more than half of the total leased area of the TRC Parks portfolio (54%) is intended for storage and distribution, 35% for production, 3% for logistics activity, the same percentage is intended for the courier, and telecommunications cover 2%.
Transilvania Construcții properties are located in-city or on the outskirts of the main cities in Romania and the main transport routes. The type of premises varies from large buildings, used mainly as distribution centers, to urban warehouses, strategically located near major population centers.
