Southern Industrial Park is the first investment of Zacaria in the southern part of the country and comes in response to the growing demand in the area for premium industrial premises. The first phase of development is to be completed in the beginning of next year and is the construction of a hall with a total area of 33,000 m2, which will be able to host business with different activity objects, from storage, production, logistics to various services.

"Southern Industrial Park is one of the most important investments for Zacaria, and the decision to develop this park has come as a result of customer requirements. In 43,000 m2 of modern industrial spaces, our customers will benefit from turnkey units customized to their own requirements, at the highest quality standards, but maintaining the value of affordable rent. The spaces will be divided on request in units of minimum 500 m2. The first customers have already booked their spaces in the new hall", said Emilia Ţepeş, national sales director.

Southern Industrial Park was acquired in 2015 and occupies a total area of 100,000m². Located next to the Ford plant on Henry Ford Street, the park offers fast access to Pitesti, Bucharest and the border with Bulgaria and Serbia.
