CTP, the largest owner and developer of logistics and industrial spaces in Central and Eastern Europe, continues to diversify its projects on the local market and will build the cargo terminal at Oradea Airport. The company was selected to carry out the project following a tender held in August 2021.
The volume of transactions with commercial real estate projects could amount to EUR 900 mln this year in Romania, a level similar to that recorded in 2020, according to firm JLL.
