CTP leased a 9,000 square meters (sqm) warehouse in CTPark Sibiu to A&D Pharma, a subsidiary of Dr.Max Group, which owns the pharmacy chain with the same name. The strategically positioned industrial park, situated in the centre of the country has a built area of 20,000 square meters in 2 distinct buildings and a development potential of over 100,000 square meters.
Over 300 buildings and real estate properties were certified as ‘green buildings’ between 2010-2020 in Romania, a period that marked the first decade of sustainable development. The real estate market professionals in Central Europe returned to the level of optimism registered before the pandemic. Starting with June, Chitila Logistics Hub, a project developed by Globalworth and Global Vision, has a new tenant: Alliance Healthcare Romania, a national pharma distributor, with a leased area of 2,300 sqm.
