Element Industrial announces the completion of the first phase at ELI PARK 1 Chitila. The warehouse, with an area of 20,000 sq.m, is rented to Turkish-based appliances producer, Arctic. The company has already begun its operations in the new logistic space.
The real estate development activity could double in 2019 compared to 2018, if all the projects scheduled for this year will be completed, data from the JLL Bucharest City Report show.
Warehouse & Distribution De Pauw (WDP), the Belgian developer of logistics and industrial space, declared revenues of 73 million euros in the first quarter of this year. Thus, WDP registered an increase of 12.5% compared to the same period last year, according to the last financial report of the company.

Element Industrial announces the development of a 60,000 sqm logistics park in Craiova, a total investment of 35 million EUR. The company will build the industrial project on an 11-hectare plot of land, near the Ford factory and the south ring road of the city, with direct access to the E70. The intention of the developer is to deliver ELI PARK Craiova in three phases, a large-scale logistics park designated to serve the southwestern part of the country.
The office space segment was the star of first quarter of the year, with about 110,000 square meters traded, according to a recent analysis of the real estate market activity in the first quarter of the year, on the segments of office space, retail space and industrial and logistics space, conducted by CBRE.
