Auto parts manufacturer Sews rented 3,000 sq. m on the platform of the former Heineken beer factory in Haţeg, Hunedoara county, producing cables for Renault and Mercedes groups, with 320 employees, according to Cornel Gărdean, the landlord of the platform where the beer factory was active until 2010.
IMMOFINANZ, one of the most important office building owners in Bucharest, announces numerous new partnerships and extensions of agreements with tenants in the local office sector, accounting for a total of over37,000 sqm. The company has attracted new tenants for 19,200 sqm and has prolonged and extended existing contracts for over 18,000 sqm in seven of its class A office properties in Bucharest.

Industrial market is very dynamic this beginning of the year and the vacancy rate is low, according to specialists who see a major interest for the segment of spaces with area between 500 and 2,500 sq. m.
Warehouse & Distribution De Pauw (WDP), controlled by one of the richest families in Belgium, bought a warehouse and office facility of 10,000 sq. m situated in Clinceni in western Bucharest, for EUR 5 million. The space will be leased to Quehenberger Logistics.
Belgian logistics company Van Moer Logistics has rented 5,180 sq, m within CTP Bucharest West industrial and logistic park taken over last year by CTP Invest from Portland Trust.
