Deloitte Romania assisted the Belgian industrial and logistics real estate developer WDP in the acquisition of Global Logistics Chitila, Targu Mures Logistics Hub and Black Sea Vision, from a joint venture between Globalworth and Global Vision. The three acquired entities own a portfolio of assets comprising three warehouse projects of 136,374 sqm and a large plot of land in Constanta, with a total potential gross leasable area (GLA) of over 300,000 sqm, for development in the near future. The transaction was signed in June and closed in July 2024, having an estimated value of 110 million euros.

Real estate developers Globalworth and Global Vision are negotiating with the Belgian group WDP for the sale of three logistics parks they jointly own in Romania, according to sources in the market, a transaction that will represent the exit of Globalworth from the Romanian logistics market.
Linia Wood&Metal company opens Linia Projects in a new 6,700 square meters leased space in Chitila Logistics Hub, a project developed by Global Vision in partnership with Globalworth. The industrial park has a total area of more than 77,000 square meters and features extensive storage spaces, customized production facilities, and modern office spaces.
Mediapost Hit Mail, the largest direct marketing company in Romania, has leased 19,000 square meters of space including warehousing and office area in Chitila Logistics Hub, the industrial park developed by Global Vision and Globalworth. In this modern space being part of the park located near the Bucharest ring road, the company will operate logistics and e-commerce services for companies in the retail, FMCG, energy and services sectors.
Starting with June, Chitila Logistics Hub, a project developed by Globalworth and Global Vision, has a new tenant: Alliance Healthcare Romania, a national pharma distributor, with a leased area of 2,300 sqm.
Global Supply Chain Leader, HAVI Logistics joins the Chitila Logistics Hub’s industrial community, a project developed by Globalworth and Global Vision near Bucharest. Here, HAVI will open its largest distribution center in Romania on a total area of 21,000 square meters which will include temperature-controlled spaces, storage and offices.
Mega Image becomes the tenant of Globalworth and Global Vision, in Chitila Logistics Hub. The food retailer leased a warehouse with a total area of 4,500 square meters, with temperature-controlled areas and office spaces within the logistics hub developed in the northwest of Bucharest.
The cosmetics, food supplements and parapharmaceuticals company Green Net is already carrying out its activity in Chitila Logistics Hub. It is about a space of 2,500 square metres (offices and storage areas).
