We talked to Nicholas Bouri, the managing director of NGB Construction & Management, the developer of the project, about the latest details of the investment and their future plans.
One of the main warehouse and industrial developers for the Bucharest market, NGB Construction & Management has plans to continue developing by offering the market over 70,000sqm of new Class-A warehouses, in two locations, NGB Distirbution Center (TBA 55,000 sqm) located 9km SW of Bucharest centre and PL Distribution Center (12,000 sqm) in Popesti-Leordeni. In 2015 the group announced the start of construction of Phase II (18,000sqm) of NGB Distribution Center, targeting a wide range of companies, from light industrial and distribution companies, to service providers.
