An Industrial Park is a clearly delimited area which is designed for economic activities, research, industrial production and services, technology development activities, within a specific facilities framework, in order to maximize the human and material potential of that area.Romania's North-West Development Area that materializes successfully the European integration process, and represents a point of high interest for foreign investors.
The surface of the administered land is 42.186ha, and it is entirely flat and buildable. It has an Urbanism Certificate (No. 20/25.01.2008) and an industrial destination. The industrial park ARC PARC is positioned at the intersection of the main regional and national energy networks, natural gas and international access roads and railways. The land has all the infrastructure and utilities necessary for developing industrial projects, an Environment Accord and Geological/Topographical studies.
This project was accomplished by the administrating company, ARC PARC INDUSTRIAL, which has an entirely private capital, and the support of the Local Council of Dej. ARC PARC INDUSTRIAL SRL is functioning according to purview OG 65/2001, Law 490/2002 and 424/2006, and has obtained the title of industrial park in the base of the Order No.972/2005 given by MAI. After the title was obtained, the company started arranging the land, projecting and accomplishing all the investments that made the industrial park functional in a very short period of time, so that the first investor (SC TRELLEBORG AUTOMOTIVE SRL) was able to finalize its investment worth 14million euro, in December 2006 and is now producing antivibration components.
ARC PARC INDUSTRIAL holds the Licenses for electrical energy Supplying (Nr.771/2007) and electrical energy Distribution (Nr. 772/2007), also distributes and provides electrical energy to the consumers from the indutrial park with a lower price than the one from the economical market. It also has the License for natural gas Supplying (Nr.892/2008) and provides to the consumers from the industrial park natural gases with a lower price than the one from the economical market. It is in progress to obtain the License for natural gas Distribution.
The industrial platform Arc Parc Industrial is at 48 km from the City of Cluj
NapocaNapoca.
Position towards communication ways:
· On DN1C (E 576);
· 10 m away from European thoroughfare railway Cluj-Dej, being in the west neighborhood of
the industrial park;
· 37 km away from the Cluj-Napoca International Airport;
· On Urban Highway section Cluj with the range: GILAU - JUCU - DEJ, approx. 30 km
away from the Nokia Industrial Platform ;The CLUJ Urban Highway makes connection to
the Transilvania Highway.
The first private industrial park in northwest Romania is entering a new stage of development, with an investment amounting to 12 million euros, made by Adriana and Stefan Cristea, the owners of Arc Industrial Park.
