UAE group to build oil recycling plant in Romania

P3 Prague D11 park’s dramatic expansion continues with a new warehouse for FM Logistic

P3, the specialist owner, developer, and manager of European logistics properties, has started work on the construction of a new warehouse at P3 Prague D11 park. The 40,000 m² unit is the second and largest warehouse to be built at the park. More than a third (15,000 m²) is being undertaken on a Build-To-Suit (BTS) basis for the family-run French distribution company FM Logistic in a deal brokered by CBRE. The remaining space will be available to lease.

Romania's automotive market advanced 10.2 percent in the first half 2016 with a sales volume of 61,151 units and legal entities making up 79 percent of buyers, according to data released on Monday by the Automotive Manufacturers and Importers Association (APIA).

Labour productivity in industry down by 1.9 percent in Q1

Labour productivity in the Romanian industry decreased in the first quarter of 2016 by 1.9percent, year-on-year, and by 3.8 percent compared to the previous quarter, data published by the National Prognosis Commission (CNP) showed.
