Rus Savitar is a family-owned business founded in 1994, which has become a benchmark in the furniture industry, through over more than 30 years of activity.
„The transaction between Rus Savitar and UE Furniture ensures both the continuity of local traditions in furniture production and a significant economic impact in the region, to the advantage of the community, which will be the main beneficiary of this deal”, declared Mădălin Aresmerițoaie, Senior Consultant I&L, CBRE Romania.
UE Furniture, the first Chinese company in its sector listed on the stock exchange, has over 20 years of history in furniture production. The acquisition in Dudeștii Noi represents the company’s second investment in Romania, following the opening of a factory in Orăștie several years ago.
„Our strategy since acquiring the company has been to pay off all debts and return to profitability as quickly as possible. We have successfully achieved this goal, and we believe that the transaction with UE Furniture (one of the largest furniture manufacturers in China) will lead to significant growth for Rus Savitar and its employees”, declared Cristian Rusu, owner and General Manager, Rus Savitar.
CBRE Romania represented Rus Savitar in this complex process, contributing to the conclusion of a mutually beneficial agreement for both parties. Negotiations benefited from CBRE’s expertise in facilitating optimal and innovative solutions, particularly during the complex phases of discussions.
