The postponement is due to a decision of the National Council for Solving Complaints, which imposed the re-evaluation of bids for the execution of works.

The passage, essential for Bucharest traffic, should be built at the crossroad between Prelungirea Ghencea St. and Bucharest Ring Road in Domneşti.

The construction of the passage was scheduled for completion in 2018, as two years are needed for the execution of works at the raised roundabout. The appeals will probable postpone the completion date of the passage. (source: zf.ro)
