The new terminal, representing an investment of approximately 6.5 million euros, will be a Build-to-Suit unit developed by CTP in accordance with the highest technical and quality standards for the construction of premium industrial and logistics spaces .
These construction features, which go beyond current market standards, will place the DB Schenker terminal in green buildings category, with high thermal efficiency and low energy consumption.
CTPark Bucharest West, designed to become the largest industrial park in Eastern Europe, is strategically positioned in the west of the capital, at the 23 km motorway junction of the A1 motorway. The total size of the park is approximately 241.2 ha, currently having a total rental area of 330,000 sqm, comprising 10 warehouses. At this time, work has already begun on the development of two other buildings, which will occupy a cumulative built-up area of approximately 200,000 square meters, scheduled for delivery in several phases in 2018 and 2019, so that by the end of 2019 the built- over 500,000 sqm.
