This expansion marks a significant milestone in the joint efforts of RARA Logistic and CTP to improve logistics capabilities nationwide. Starting in 2023, with a first lease of 11,800 sqm in CTPark Bucharest West, RARA Logistic has been steadily expanding its presence in CTP parks.
In 2024, RARA Logistic expanded its leased area to 4,800 sqm in CTPark Sibiu, followed by a new expansion of 5,500 sqm in CTPark Deva in 2025. An additional expansion of 8,900 sqm is currently planned in CTPark Bucharest West, underlining the strong growth trajectory of this partnership.
RARA Logistic: leader in customized logistics services
Founded in 2009, RARA Logistic specializes in providing customized logistics solutions, simplifying the process of finding storage spaces for clients. The company operates two Class A warehouses, with a total area of 15,000 (25,300) sq m in Sibiu, offering full warehousing and distribution services for a wide range of products.
