The transaction would mark P3's exit from the local logistics and industrial market, after another big name exited the market in 2024, Globalworth.

The Competition Council is analyzing the transaction through which CTP Property B.V. from the Netherlands wants to take over the companies P3 Bucharest Alpha, P3 Bucharest Beta, P3 Bucharest Delta, P3 Bucharest Infrastructură, P3 Bucharest Lambda and P3 Bucharest Gamma.

"They currently own and operate the P3 Bucharest A1 logistics park, located in the area of Chiajna commune," the Competition Council's announcement states.

CTP Property B.V., part of the CTP group, has as its main activity the management of holdings and is a major developer of industrial and logistics parks, with a portfolio of approximately 12.6 million sq m in Central and Eastern Europe.

In 2023, CTP made another significant acquisition in the local market, taking over an industrial portfolio from Globalworth, which includes 270,000 sqm GLA and 30 ha of land in six key locations in Romania, for approximately 168 million euros.
