H&M opens a distribution center on 88,500 m2 in CTPark Ploiești 1

H&M has leased 88,500 sqm of space in CTPark Ploiești 1, developed by CTP, making it the largest warehouse completed in 2024 in Romania. Other warehouses completed last year include:

Intercars – 53,500 sqm in Brașov,

Pirelli – 48,300 sqm in Slatina,

LPP – 42,700 sqm.

The largest warehouse of a clothing retailer remains that of LPP, which owns the Reserved, Cropp, House, Sinsay and Mohito brands.

With the 42,700 sqm expansion in 2024, LPP has a 91,000 sqm distribution center in Romania, from where it can ship over six million products per week.
