Belgian developer WDP (Warehouses De Pauw) announces a new round of significant investments in Romania, by expanding the WDP Park Bucharest – Dragomirești logistics park, located west of the capital.

The project is part of a larger pre-leased development package in Romania and the Netherlands, with a total value of over 100 million euros, of which 52 million euros are allocated exclusively to investments in Romania.

In Dragomirești, WDP will build two state-of-the-art logistics centers, one of approximately 47,000 sqm with air-conditioned areas, including refrigerated and frozen spaces, and a second warehouse of approximately 11,000 sqm, with an ambient storage function.

The project is scheduled for completion by the end of 2026, and the spaces are already pre-leased to logistics service providers, based on firm ten-year contracts.

The logistics park benefits from a strategic location, in close proximity to the Bucharest ring road and with quick access to the highways connecting the capital to the west of the country.

Over 16,000 sqm of GLA spaces for future specifications are immediately available in the logistics park.

WDP develops and invests in logistics real estate (warehouses and offices). WDP’s property portfolio amounts to more than 8 million m². This international portfolio of semi-industrial and logistics buildings is spread over more than 350 sites at prime logistics locations for storage and distribution in Belgium, the Netherlands, France, Luxembourg, Germany and Romania.
