Taking into account the market requirements and the technological evolution, the Service department from Vectra has invested over time in the development of the network of technicians and in their training through regular trainings. Thus, the company currently has 18 mobile technicians equipped with properly equipped trucks, 12 technicians in the repair shop in Bucharest, 3 car platforms for transporting lifting equipment in-house. Vectra offers promptness and efficiency in solving the requests for interventions coming from their clients from all over the country. Besides the technicians located in Bucharest, the company has service points in Brasov, Sibiu, Cluj-Napoca, Roman, Timisoara, Craiova. Thus, with the help of the national network of mechanics, they can ensure a very good intervention time.
What service solutions do they offer?
As in any activity belonging to the technical field, the service part is essential to ensure the proper functioning of the equipment. From this point of view, Vectra takes all measures to offer high quality spare parts, reliability and troubleshooting in an optimal time. In addition to on-demand interventions, the company can provide periodic maintenance (monthly, quarterly, half-yearly) based on a subscription that consists of a visit established at a fixed cost by a Vectra technician to fully check the equipment (s).
