Yale has identified the specific challenges customers face with these applications and has now introduced new solutions to complement its existing product range. As a first for a forklift company, Yale will now offer equipment designed for intermittent use or low-intensity applications.
The Yale range extension includes two new storage equipment, the MS15UX electric mast and pedestrian pallet truck and the MP20XUX platform pallet truck and two new counterweight forklifts, GP20-35UX and the four-wheel electric version ERP15-35UX.
These additions are ideal for customers who focus on low-power applications and yet require a forklift capable of performing high-priority tasks. For all these operations, in which the machines are not used for several hours a day, the new Yale® forklifts offer a solution to meet customer needs.
New forklifts, same Yale promise
Although these new forklifts are designed for low intensity applications, they correspond to the same Yale philosophy. The high standards of reliability, ease of operation, ergonomics, productivity and low cost of ownership associated with the Yale® brand are all present in this expansion of the product range.
Simply efficient forklifts
The MS15UX and MP20XUX electric pallet trucks expand the Yale range for warehouses, both offering performance in confined spaces. The MS15UX is an extremely agile and pedestrian-controlled pallet truck with adequate lifting capacity for a range of heights and operator experience levels, while the MP20XUX is ideal for productive horizontal transport and truck loading and unloading.
Both new types of Yale range pallet trucks feature AC traction motors, regenerative braking systems, emergency reversing, emergency power disconnection, continuous speed control and CAN bus technology, which reduces wiring complexity and increases reliability. The electric pallet truck with pedestrian operator has a lifting capacity of 1.5 t, while the pallet truck without mast and with platform has a capacity of 2.0 t and benefits from the electric steering option.
The launch of the GP20-35UX and ERP15-35UX continues the long-lasting nature that customers have come to expect from the Yale range, along with simple and robust technology.
Designed to deliver high productivity in general purpose applications, the GP20-35UX forklift has an ergonomically designed operator compartment with easy access controls and an LCD screen. GP20-35UX provides easy maintenance thanks to the engine cover with 70 ° opening and quick removal of the floor plate. No special tools or diagnostic tools are required for maintenance, which makes this forklift ideal for your maintenance. The forklift also benefits from a mast with high visibility and extremely precise direction.
ERP15-35UX is an electric forklift with energy efficiency and extremely precise steering, which optimizes maneuverability in limited spaces. The operator compartment is ergonomically designed to provide all-round visibility and a practical and comfortable working environment for the operator. AC regulators optimize battery power, which is especially useful on ramps and long distances, as well as when used at high altitudes. The ERP15-35UX four-wheel electric forklift is available with 48 V and 80 V batteries, with a capacity of 420-600 Ah.
