Fleșariu was appointed this summer and occupies the position of operations manager, a position in which, together with Laurențiu Hanu, development manager, he will coordinate CTP business growth in Romania, according to the company.

Volumetric developed, under the lead of Fleșariu, a residential complex in Brașov and bought plots for such projects in Bucharest. Fleșariu worked for the real estate developer from 2008, since its entry in Romania, by December last year.
