"The plan is to develop 70,000-80,000 square meters annually, as in six years we have 550,000 - 600,000 sqm of mixed use project. We can start the project by our own or in partnership. Now the most active investor looks at the project and analyzes it. And there are two investment funds with which Global Vision is working outside and they are looking to enter Romania but only with big developments", said the entrepreneur.
Global Vision has also developed Timisoara Airport Park, currently owned by Globalworth, and according to market data, Globalworth developer analyzes Global Vision's new industrial project.
"The estimated built area for this park will be 550,000 - 600,000 sqm and the value of the investments will be over 200 million euros - only this project. The value of the land with business plan is about 20 million euros. We intend that in the future we think about the development of the entire 300-hectare plot. The area is for agriculture and the land is farmed as agricultural land", added the developer.
