Opait graduated from the Bucharest University of Economic Studies (ASE Bucharest) and has over 10 years of professional experience in the real estate industry. During his career he has been involved in over 100 transactions totaling more than 500,000 sqm.

His name is linked to transactions such as the sale of A1 Business Park, and the offices consolidation for Vodafone, ING Bank and Microsoft.
