The managers in manufacturing sector forecast the increase in production volume (conjuncture balance + 20 percent), more accentuated for the production of chemicals and chemical products (conjuncture balance + 48 percent) and for the production of beverages (conjuncture balance + 46 percent), reveals a conjuncture survey conducted in March and made public on Monday by INS.
Prices will remain relatively stable (conjuncture balance + 4 percent) and the number of employees is expected to increase moderately, the conjuncture balance being 7 percent per total manufacturing industry.
In constructions, there will be an increase in production volume (conjuncture balance + 25 percent) and stock of contracts and orders (conjuncture balance + 19 percent), a moderate growth in the number of employees (conjuncture balance + 13 percent), and prices will remains relatively stable (conjuncture balance + 4 percent).
In the retail sector, managers estimated for the coming three months an increasing trend of the economic activity (conjuncture balance + 43 percent). Moreover, it is expected an increase in the number of employees (conjuncture balance + 27 percent) and in the volume of orders addressed to the suppliers of goods by the commercial units (conjuncture balance + 16 percent) and a moderate increase in retail prices (conjuncture balance + 10 percent).
