P3 starts construction of second DHL Express hub

PointPark Properties (P3), a specialist investor, developer and asset manager of warehouse properties, has started construction of a 3,492 sqm logistics facility for international shipping company DHL Express, a division of Deutsche Post DHL, at its PointPark Prague D8.

This comes just a few weeks after P3 completed a similar-sized distribution hub for DHL Express at Bratislava Airport in Slovakia. (source: europaproperty.com)
