WDP, the number two in the storage space market, is analyzing the acquisition.
P3 bought the land in 2018 in order to build the company's second logistics park in Romania, but its plans have changed apparently. The company now aims to sell the over 16 hectares in Dragomirești Vale at a price exceeding 35 euros / square meter, above the level of 29 euros / square meter paid in 2018.
