Logistics provider DB Schenker expanded its space in Building 10 by 2,130 sqm. An entertainment supplies distributor, whose name was not disclosed, took 1,863 sqm in Building 1, which is now full occupied. Toyota Material Handling CZ expanded its space in Building 3 by 1,415 sqm and will now occupy 7,111 sqm at the park. Czech bicycle producer Universe Agency signed on for 1,100 sqm in Building 3, while Albatros Media took an additional 893 sqm in the same building.
“Since its acquisition in September last year, Prologis Park Prague-Rudna has played a significant role in our response to high demand from our customers in and around the Prague region,” said Martin Balaz, senior leasing and development manager for Prologis Czech Republic and Slovakia.
“This steady increase in occupancy is due, in part, to our ability to tailor our facilities to the exact specifications of our current and new customers.” Prologis Park Prague-Rudna includes 17 buildings, totaling 163,000 sqm of leasable space.
