They say landlords grow richer in their sleep, yet the last couple of years show that returning to growth was no easy endeavour for local developers and investors. Already an established event for the Romanian real estate industry, Business Review’s Realty Forum will bring together industry professionals and consultants alike to find out their take on how the market is evolving and their forecast on the segments promising the highest profits by the end of 2017 and beyond that.
200 industry professionals will get together on April 25th at the Sheraton Bucharest hotel for a half-day forum set to spot new opportunities and trends in the industry as well as act as a platform for new potential partnerships and unique networking opportunities.
The forum will have a market report session, with industry professionals looking at the market’s main segments to find out the pundits’ take on recent results and their forecast for the next months. Office, Retail, Residential and Industrial & Logistics specialists will analyse how 2017 is shaping up so far for the local real estate market and what can be expected for the rest of the year.
A particular focus at this year’s edition will be given to developing trends on the local market. As the industry maintains its upward trend and competition is firing up on all its segments, developers need to start innovating in order to come up with relevant products. There are also new technologies to consider which in turn drive demand for new ways of working, shopping and altogether living. With new trends shaping up to be the new reality in a few years, the forum will provide the perfect set-up for discussing the business opportunities and challenges of the future.
More information about the agenda of the event can be found on the event page.
