JLL: Producătorii de componente auto încep să cumpere sediile fabricilor din România

Producătorii de componente auto, sector cu o cifră de afaceri anuală de circa 9 mld. euro, mai mare chiar decât cea a producătorilor de autoturisme, au început să fie interesaţi de achiziţia halelor în care îşi desfăşoară activitatea la nivel local ca urmare a ieftinirii preţurilor şi a conturării unor planuri pe termen lung, afirmă Cristina Pop, head of industrial agency în cadrul firmei de consultanţă Jones Lang LaSalle.

Ford moves Fiesta production to Craiova
