Die Welt: The future of German automobiles is in Romania

Arnold Klingeis, mayor of Avrig, spoke in an article for financiarul.ro about the good cooperation between Romanian and German entrepreneurs, bringing the arguments of the common past of Romanians and Germans in Transylvania. “A mayor of German origin is important for German investors,” believes also the director of the Economic Forum of Germans in Transylvania (DWS), Jorg Prohaszka. Romania’s image is still often exclusively associated with poverty and corruption, believes Die Welt, which however believes that the future of German automobiles is in Romania.
