P3, the specialist owner, developer and manager of European logistics properties, won the prestigious 2016 ‘Best Warehouse Lease of the Year’ at the ninth CIJ Awards Romania, which took place on 8 December 2016. P3 received this distinction following the lease contract signed with the leading European retailer Carrefour for 30,000 m2 at P3 Bucharest park, the largest logistics park in Romania.
